Our fee is the same whichever channel we recommend.
How to check thisIt is written into our engagement terms as a clause: our revenue on an engagement is the advisory fee, and media buying and account custody sit with you or your agency. Ask to read the clause before you sign anything. It is the reason a digital audit from us can recommend less spend as easily as more.
The deliverables are named before the work starts.
How to check thisEvery service page lists them, with format and extent. The scope you sign repeats them, with dates. You can compare the two.
You can stop at the end of any stage.
How to check thisThe four gates are published on the approach page. Each gate has a stop condition agreed before the stage begins, and what you have already received stays yours.
Every number we publish carries its source.
How to check thisCheck the market figures on our home page. Each one names its publisher and the month it was published, and links out. That is the standard we hold our deliverables to, so it is the standard we hold our own website to.

Every line here is one you can check.
We are a new firm. What this site publishes is our method, our deliverable specifications, our evidence standards, and the registration facts anyone can verify with the licensing authority. Those are the things a firm can be held to on day one.
One test decided every line on this site. If a reader could check it, it stayed. That test is the reason this is a short website, and it is the same test we apply to a client deliverable.
When we have work we are permitted to describe, it will appear here with the client's written consent.
