What this site collects

This site has one form, on the contact page. It collects exactly these fields:

  • Your name and email, so we can reply.
  • Company, so we know who the enquiry is about.
  • Country and closest service, both optional, to route the enquiry.
  • The question itself.
  • A record that you gave consent, the exact wording you agreed to, and the time.

Nothing else is collected. There is no account, no login, no profiling, and no automated decision-making.

What this site does not collect

No analytics. No advertising pixels. No third-party scripts of any kind. No non-essential cookies. Fonts and images are served from this domain, so loading a page here does not make a request to any other company. You can verify that in your browser's network panel.

Legal basis

Your consent, given at the point of submission, under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete the record.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database and the site is hosted on a managed platform. Both may process and store data on infrastructure outside the United Arab Emirates. By submitting the form you consent to that transfer. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Enquiries that become engagements are retained for the period required by the engagement and by UAE record-keeping obligations, and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a copy in a portable form, or object to our processing it. Email hello@orvant.ai and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make changes retroactively to data already collected under an earlier version.
